HOUSTON, T.X.—National Trench Safety, LLC (NTS), a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, as well as OSHA-compliant training classes, announced today that it has opened a new branch in Gonzales, Louisiana which is in the Baton Rouge area.
“We are very excited about our new Louisiana operation,” said Ron Chilton, president of NTS. “The Gonzales branch is our second expansion outside the state of Texas, and will be the sixth fully-staffed operation of National Trench Safety in the United States.”
The new branch will be managed by Donnie Reynolds, who has more than 20 years direct experience in trench and traffic safety industry. Reynolds will be responsible for the Baton Rouge and New Orleans market places for NTS.
“We are fortunate to have Donnie heading up our new Louisiana location,” said Chilton. “His successful track record and specific industry experience will truly be an asset to National Trench Safety.”
In maintaining the objective of building a nationwide network of trench and traffic safety branches, NTS plans to open at least one other new branch operation in the first half of 2006 with additional branches to follow. For strategic reasons, Chilton declined to comment on the location of the additional new branches. For more information about NTS, visit the National Trench Safety website at ntsafety.wpengine.com.
