Sean Blakely has joined NTS as Director of Organizational Strategy & Excellence. This new role will be responsible for partnering with operational leadership and service center functional teams in identifying business process improvement opportunities and to design and implement workflow optimization and process automation. Sean joined NTS in 2021 as an IT Integration Consultant with the primary responsibility of integrating the businesses ERP Systems and Processes. Sean brings over 25+  years of functional and technical experience implementing ERP and CRM system and aligning businesses strategic vision with business technology solutions and ensured  strong collaboration across functional teams.. Sean has been a leader passionate about transforming organizational systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity savings.
